This is part of a series of boy paintings I did this past week. I am working at being better at painting humans, and my current favorite human to paint is Max, my son. We were at our friends' house in the backyard having a pug party and Max was being delighted by Bubbins here~
I think it's pretty close- his hair is so curly and crazy right now! and that smile is genuine as heck!
