July 29, Missy for Lisa!

I really enjoyed painting this beautiful dog!  She's got such a gorgeous coat, and I have to admit it can indeed be tricky trying to figure out all those reds and golds~ and I am particularly pleased with her deeper tones of purple...

Here's what her owner says about her~

 Missy is the first pure-bred dog we have owned.  Clearly, her purpose in life is to bring love to everyone. Kisses, hugs, sleeping on our bed.  She wants to have physical contact with us at all times.
