We acquired June from a friend that had a cat that had accidentally gotten out and became a mama-cat. We were knocking around names with the family, and had been listening to Johnny Cash songs and landed on June (for June Carter-Cash). Once we had her home, we quickly realized how vocal she was, maybe that's partly why she kept the name June. She is a seasonal hunter and loves to go outside whenever she gets the chance. She can tell when the outside temps start to become bearable and she is very loud and persistent about letting us know she wants to go out for a while, and when she wants back in.
She is very sweet. She has Scottish fold ears, a shortened tail and calico coloring. She is white, grey/blue and orange, with white paws one "lucky" grey toe as my 11 year old will tell you.
