Oh my, this is one of those photos I saw and wanted to paint immediately!!! Can you see why?
And here's what Judy says of this sweet little fellow~
I am thrilled to have you paint my grand dog, FBI Special Agent Dale Cooper. He is named after the character from Twin Peaks but just goes by Cooper. He is a happy-go-lucky long-haired chihuahua who is now 5 months old.
