5/3 Hiawatha May Morning

From a photo I took this morning with Duane down at Lake Hiawatha.  Today is Mayday, and we would normally be on Powderhorn Lake/Pond right now with the rest of the sunrunners, getting ready to canoe the sun across to the great Mayday Pageant Ceremony...  and we are staying home.  Because that would be safer.  And right now it is making my teeth grind, because I miss everyone and everything about this sacred day... its a big throbbing ache in my body right now...
SO we had a lovely Zoom brunch today, with some of the usual suspects, and I'm painting at the dining room table, desperately.
Ah well.  Love will last, right?
