June 4, "Peeper in the Hand"

It is that time of year when I really notice things closely-  those small things that appear, little crawly things, little flying things...  and sometimes those little things show up in my son's hands... I am not sure this particular creature survived the experience.  I was able to talk him into releasing it into some tall dewy grass, so maybe it was able to hobble away...
