YAY!  This is Gingersnap, our friend who lives in Todmorden, UK with our friends Alison and Weston!  They don't know I've painted him, I don't think, but he's one of those wonderfully dog-like cats who is calm and persistent and comfortable with himself.  Can't you tell?
